Weight Loss Continued

I remain 209 pounds down from 212. I’m very happy about that but am hoping to get myself down to 208 this Friday. I did not have a good couple of days, but I’m going to make up for it the rest of the week.

So far a restricted carbohydrate diet seems to be working. I’m going to stick with it for a little while and hope I can lose weight. The great thing about it is that I didn’t have to go to crazy Atkins-like levels of carbohydrate intake to make it work. Just cutting back was enough.

I’ll keep you informed on the progress.
